Top performers will receive rewards and public recognition across depots. BEST is also addressing issues with wet-lease operators to improve overall service quality. Additionally, the undertaking plans to acknowledge drivers with the least complaints and implement other performance metrics, fostering a culture of excellence and motivation among its workforce.
