The partnership will focus on developing fuel cells, electrolysers, and battery energy storage systems. This alliance combines BHEL's expertise in indigenous electrolyser technology and ONGC's recent ventures into large-scale battery storage projects. The collaboration aligns with India's National Green Hydrogen Mission and follows BHEL's recent technology transfer agreement with BARC for a 50 kW alkaline electrolyser system. This partnership represents a significant step towards advancing India's clean energy capabilities.
