BHEL Shares Surge on Major Order Wins: ₹8,000 Cr Mahagenco Project and Rajasthan LOI

The company received a ₹8,000 crore order from Mahagenco for a 2x660 MW boiler-turbine-generator package at Koradi Thermal Power Station in Maharashtra, with completion expected within 58 months. Additionally, BHEL, in a consortium with Hitachi Energy India, bagged a Letter of Intent for a High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) project in Rajasthan to transmit renewable energy between Bhadla and Fatehpur.
