Canton Fair's "Trade Bridge" Sourcing Trip Fuels Dongguan's Economic Growth

A recent Canton Fair sourcing trip that connected 24 multinational purchasing firms with more than 70 local manufacturers is now a great addition to the locality's economic growth. This happened from December 19 to 20, 2024. The sourcing resulted in the issuance of purchase orders worth $62 million. In fact, it was part of the efforts to improve foreign trade and raise Dongguan's robust capabilities in manufacturing and production of such high-tech as well as textiles. This collaboration underlines the Canton Fair's role as a vital platform for international trade relations.
