Coca-Cola Sells North Gujarat Bottling Plant to Kandhari Global Beverages for ₹2,000 Crore

Coca-Cola India has finalized the sale of its North Gujarat bottling operations to Kandhari Global Beverages for ₹2,000 crore. This transfer, subject to regulatory approvals, is part of Coca-Cola's global asset-light strategy to franchise regional operations to local partners. The plant, previously managed by Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB), will now be operated by Kandhari Global Beverages, which already oversees bottling in Rajasthan and other northern regions. The deal aims to streamline operations and ensure targeted investments in India's growing beverage market.
