During Mumbai Tech Week 2025, Reliance Jio Chairman Akash Ambani lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi's exceptional leadership of India's AI journey. Ambani showcased AI as the largest technology transition of our time, with the potential to fuel India's double-digit growth. He underlined three core domains for India's AI dominance: investment in infrastructure, profound research and development, and development of best-in-class talent. Ambani announced Jio's ambition for AI, such as a 1000+ member AI team and a gigawatt-sized AI data center in Jamnagar. He praised Modi's vision of AI representing "Aspiring Indian," placing India as a global AI collaborator and innovator.
