Max India has announced a rights issue of 82.82 lakh equity shares, totaling up to ₹124.23 crore. The subscription window runs from May 7 to May 22, 2025, giving existing investors a chance to increase their stake at a fixed price of ₹150 per share.

 

Annvrridhhi Ventures Rights Issue:

Annvrridhhi Ventures will issue 3.24 crore shares at ₹15 each (including a ₹5 premium per share), aggregating to ₹48.6 crore. The record date for eligibility is April 11, 2025. The company is currently under Graded Surveillance Measure (GSM) on the BSE.
