Empowering Women: BJP Sets Bold 33% Quota to Transform Leadership Landscape

Initiating an impressive move, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is ready to implement an organizational quota for women at 33%, ahead of the upcoming elections. The policy will be applicable to mandal and district president positions. This is going to be a huge step towards female leadership in the party leading to the elections. With nearly 70% of the quota in place, BJP is committed to fostering a diversified leadership that would include women below 45 and marginalized communities. It is a further step towards showing the party's commitment to gender equality and efficient governance.
