Enviro Infra Engineers Limited has announced a landmark acquisition of Suyog Urja Limited, a renewable energy developer specializing in wind and solar projects. The deal, valued at approximately ₹3.11 billion, positions EIE Renewables to diversify its energy mix and expand its footprint across India’s renewable sector.
