Bulk Deals
Smallcap World Fund acquired a 3.03% stake in CarTrade Tech for ₹439.9 crore, while Goldman Sachs sold a 2.25% stake for ₹326.18 crore. Despite the sale, Goldman Sachs entities still held a combined 2.72% stake as of September 2025.
Whirlpool Mauritius sold an 11.23% stake in Whirlpool of India for ₹1,489.6 crore, reducing its holding below 50% from 51% in September 2025. Multiple institutional investors collectively bought a 4.4% stake for ₹582 crore at around ₹1,041 per share.
Amansa Holding sold 24.58 lakh Saregama shares, representing 1.2% equity, for ₹95.04 crore at ₹386.58 per share. The fund, which held 2.75% as of September 2025, reduced its stake but remains a significant shareholder in the RP–Sanjiv Goenka Group company.
