Freezing the Competition: Blue Star's New Refrigeration Range To Meet Growing Demand

Blue Star Limited, a top air conditioning and commercial refrigeration player, has expanded its commercial refrigeration product range. The company has introduced a new line of deep freezers with improved storage capacity and cooling efficiency. Blue Star is also doubling production capacity with a new world-class manufacturing plant in Wada, Maharashtra. The plant, constructed at a CAPEX of Rs 130 crores, will manufacture approximately 200,000 deep freezers and 100,000 storage water coolers per annum. The expansion is to meet the growing demand in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, agriculture, and food services. Blue Star anticipates doubling its sales from the commercial refrigeration business within the next three years.
