Market Maturity: India's REIT space currently boasts assets of over ₹1.63 lakh crore and a total market cap of over ₹98,000 crore. The strength of the segment can also be gauged from a net operating income growth of 16% per annum.

Financial Inclusion: With India transitioning to a $5 trillion economy, REITs are becoming potent instruments of financial inclusion that are helping the middle class become a part of the country's growth story.
