Funding Strategy Shift – Finkurve Targets Institutional Investors With NCDs

Finkurve Financial Services Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on May 13, 2026, to consider raising funds via issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). The proposed securities, with a face value of INR 10,000 each, will be issued through private placement on the Electronic Bidding Platform.
