Quarterly Earnings (Provisional Updates):

Sula Vineyards (Q4 YoY)

- Net revenue increased 0.7% to ₹132.6 crore (from ₹131.7 crore).

- Own brands revenue declined 2.9% to ₹109.6 crore (from ₹112.9 crore).

- Wine Tourism revenue surged 24.6% to ₹20.4 crore (from ₹16.4 crore), driven by SulaFest'25, higher spend per guest, aand strong occupancy rates.

NCL Industries (Q4 YoY):

- Cement production rose 8% to 7.90 lakh MT (from 7.29 lakh MT).

- Cement sales up 7% to 7.94 lakh MT (from 7.45 lakh MT).

- Cement boards production fell 5% to 20,767 MT (from 21,976 MT).

- Cement boards sales down 6% to 20,438 MT (from 21,651 MT).

- RMC production & sales dropped 14% to 73,954 CuM (from 85,580 CuM).

- Doors production & sales decreased 23% to 4,725 units (from 6,169 units).

- Received USFDA approval for Jaythari (Deflazacort) tablets (6, 18, 30, 36 mg) for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy in patients 5+ years.

- Zydus MedTech (France) SAS to acquire 85.6% stake in Amplitude Surgical SA, France, for €256.8 million.

Ashoka Buildcon

- Lowest bidder for a ₹568.86 crore Central Railway project (gauge conversion, bridges, civil works).

- Sold 100% stake in 16 subsidiaries to Unique Hybrid Renewables Energy as part of restructuring.

Nureca:

- Subsidiary Nureca Technologies received annual USFDA registration for its Mohali, Punjab facility, enabling continued export of medical devices to the US.

JK Cement:

- Board to meet May 24 to consider raising up to ₹500 crore via NCDs, review Q4FY25 results, and consider FY25 dividend.

Canara Bank:

- Nalini Padmanabhan re-nominated as Part-time Non-Official Director for one year.

Union Bank of India:

- Suraj Srivastava re-nominated as Part-time Non-Official (Independent) Director for one year.

Swiggy:

Yatra Online:

Greaves Cotton:

HCL Technologies:
