Dominant Semifinal Victories

Uttar Pradesh's Aditya Pratap won through Referee Stops Contest (RSC) in the third round against local favorite Jovanie Bouzin.
Neeraj (75kg), the other National Combined silver medallist, replicated Pratap's success with an RSC first-round win in the second round.
Himanshu Sharma of Haryana, a former Belgrade Boxing Champion, dominated Mauritius' Mathieu Soupprayen by a convincing 4:1 points verdict.
Ashish Mudshaniya (Uttar Pradesh), the National Combined champion, continued his good run with 4:1 victory over Guillaume Francis (Mauritius).
Anmol (Haryana) secured a composed 4:1 split decision win against Seychelles’ Dario Gabriel.

Heavyweight Entry:

Gaurav Chauhan (90+kg), 37th National Games gold medalist and 2024 Elorda Cup bronze medalist, got a bye to the final and will claim another glory in his notable career.

Close Contest:

Kartik Dalal (70kg) battled bravely but lost 1:4 to South Africa's Blessing Nziyana, missing the finals spot.

With these remarkable performances, Indian boxers not only established themselves on the international scene but also increased hopes of a golden haul at the tournament.
