Godrej Properties Expands Portfolio with Massive Land Acquisitions

Godrej Properties has acquired 12 land parcels between April and December 2024 to develop housing projects worth Rs 23,450 crore. The company plans further acquisitions this quarter, driven by strong market demand. Executive Chairman Pirojsha Godrej reported robust business development, with new projects totaling nearly Rs 11,000 crore in the third quarter alone. The company has already surpassed its full-year guidance of Rs 20,000 crore in business development, reaching Rs 23,000 crore during April-December. With a strong pipeline and ongoing discussions with landowners across multiple cities, Godrej Properties aims to achieve Rs 30,000 crore in new business development for the current fiscal year, bolstered by a recent Rs 6,000 crore fund raise through QIP.
