Godrej Properties Sells Homes Worth Over ₹1,000 Crore at Luxury Project Launch in Gurugram

Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) has launched Godrej Astra, its upscale project on Golf Course Road in Gurugram. The business sold about 90 units valuing more than ₹1,000 crore during the launch itself. This is GPL's second launch in upscale micro-market of Golf Course Road. The property, spread over 2.76 acres of land, comes with a fusion of contemporary style and luxury offerings. Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO, Godrej Properties, was thrilled with the response and thanked customers. This launch comes on the back of GPL's robust performance in FY24, such as a 473% year-on-year growth in sales in Gurugram. The company has a strong launch pipeline for FY25 and is looking to consolidate its position in the city.
