Chief Minister of Haryana Predicts BJP Victory in Yamuna Nagar: Triple-Engine Government Not Too Far-Off

Confident about a convincing victory for the BJP in the December 2, 2025, Yamuna Nagar municipal elections, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has been campaigning for the BJP candidate for mayor, Suman Bahmani: "We will form a triple-engine government in Yamuna Nagar." The chief minister has criticized the Congress as not existing on the ground and the AAP, whose government in Delhi was built on "lies." All these signals, together with BJP's growing momentum and expulsion of seven Congress leaders for anti-party activities, make the conduct of elections in Haryana's panchayati raj system seriously transformative.
