Hindalco Reports Robust Growth in Beverage Packaging Amid Mixed Market Conditions

Hindalco Industries, a leading aluminum and copper producer, has reported strong growth in its beverage packaging segment, offsetting challenges in other sectors. The company's Q3 FY2025 results highlight continued expansion in beverage packaging shipments, contrasting with muted performance in specialty products and automotive markets in Europe and China. Hindalco's 600 Kt Greenfield Bay Minette project remains on track, with 420 Kt capacity already contracted for beverage packaging. The company is focusing on developing technologies and partnerships to expand recycled input availability and implementing cost control measures to mitigate pressures from current scrap prices.
