HPCL Commits ₹90,000 Crore for Comprehensive Energy Expansion by 2030

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) has announced a strategic investment plan totaling ₹90,000 crore by 2030. This initiative aims to enhance HPCL's refining and petrochemical capacities, expand fuel marketing infrastructure, and develop alternative energy sources. Notably, the company has earmarked ₹50,000 crore to build a 10 GW renewable energy portfolio through its subsidiary, HPCL Renewable and Green Energy Ltd (HPRGE). This move underscores HPCL's commitment to diversifying its energy offerings and contributing to India's sustainable energy goals.
