HR Survey Finds Key Drivers in Employee Loyalty for 2025

Recent DHR Global and New Possible surveys reveal the dynamic aspect of employee loyalty. Flexible working arrangements, career growth, and good workplace relationships are the largest motivators for staying loyal. A record number of 88% of those surveyed were highly engaged, and 75% enjoyed flexible work schedules. Competitive compensation, recognition, and a positive workplace culture also top the list. Surprisingly, 79% of the workers reported that additional recognition would make them loyal. Organizations offering professional growth, work-life balance, and a positive culture will keep employees. The surveys reinforce the importance of keeping up with evolving expectations of employees to achieve long-term commitment.
