HUDCO Joins Hands with IIM Calcutta to Boost Urban Governance, Research, and Capacity Building

Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) and Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIMC) have entered a strategic partnership through a Memorandum of Understanding signed on October 28, 2025. The three-year non-binding MoU sets the stage for collaboration in education, research, and capacity-building activities aimed at strengthening India’s urban sector management and governance.  

 

Signed by Shri M. Nagaraj, Director (Corporate Planning), HUDCO, and Professor Alok Kumar Rai, Director, IIMC, the partnership emphasizes creating specialized training and consultancy initiatives in municipal finance, urban governance, and infrastructure financing.
