Hyundai's Pre-Owned Car Sales Surpass 1.57 Lakh Units in CY24

Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) has achieved record-breaking sales in its pre-owned car segment for Calendar Year 2024. The company's Hyundai Promise program retailed 1,57,503 pre-owned cars, marking a 5.8% year-on-year growth. This milestone includes 35,553 certified pre-owned car sales, contributing 23% to the total volume. The Hyundai i20, Creta, and Grand i10 dominated sales, accounting for 55% of certified pre-owned volumes. SUVs made up 21% of certified pre-owned sales, with Creta leading at 13%. Hyundai Promise also set a new benchmark with a 20.4% exchange outreach in CY24, reinforcing the company's strong position in India's pre-owned car market.
