India and New Zealand Deepen Trade Ties as Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal Makes Historic Visit

In a significant diplomatic and economic milestone, Minister Piyush Goyal is visiting New Zealand from November 4–7, 2025. Hosted by New Zealand’s Trade and Investment Minister Todd McClay, the visit underscores a shared commitment to strengthening the India–New Zealand partnership. The two nations are currently engaged in the fourth round of FTA talks in Auckland, focusing on critical sectors such as dairy, agriculture, and professional mobility.
