India's Solar Boom: ACME Pledges Rs 17,000 Crore for a Greener Tomorrow

ACME Solar Holdings announced a massive Rs 17,000 crore capital expenditure plan by 2026, focusing on hybrid and round-the-clock renewable energy projects. The company aims to expand its portfolio to 6,970 MW, with 2,540 MW already operational and 4,430 MW under construction. CEO Nikhil Dhingra emphasized the strategic shift towards revenue-accretive hybrid and Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) projects.
