IndiGo, India’s largest airline by market share, has entered into a memorandum of understanding with China Southern Airlines to launch a codeshare partnership and mutual cooperation agreement. The move is designed to strengthen air connectivity between India and China, enabling passengers to book integrated itineraries across both carriers with simplified check-in and baggage processes.

The partnership comes as IndiGo reinstates direct flights to China, marking a strategic step in expanding its international footprint.
