Indo Count Industries Expands U.S. Footprint with $15 Million North Carolina Facility

Indo Count Industries Ltd. has announced plans to establish a new greenfield manufacturing facility in North Carolina, USA, marking a significant expansion of its U.S. operations. The company will invest approximately $15 million in this strategic initiative, which aims to strengthen its utility bedding business in the American market.

The new facility, to be operated by Indo Count's subsidiary Indo Count Global East Inc., will have an annual production capacity of 18 million pillows2. This addition will complement the company's existing U.S. facilities in Phoenix, Arizona, and Columbus, Ohio, enhancing its nationwide manufacturing network.

The North Carolina plant is expected to generate aggregate revenue of about $175 million across Indo Count's three U.S. manufacturing units once fully operational. This expansion aligns with the company's long-term vision of scaling its presence in the U.S. market while ensuring operational excellence and sustainable growth.
