IPL 2025: South Africa’s Wiaan Mulder Joins Sunrisers Hyderabad Squad as Replacement

Sunrisers Hyderabad have acquired South African all-rounder Wiaan Mulder as the cover for England's Brydon Carse, who suffered a toe injury while playing the Champions Trophy and will not be available for IPL 2025. Mulder, aged 27, was South Africa's joint-highest wicket-taker in the recently concluded competition and will play his first IPL game for INR 75 lakh. Mulder is capable of playing any role and has played 128 T20s, aggregated 2172 runs, and claimed 67 wickets. SRH will start their campaign against Rajasthan Royals on March 23.
