Justice Beckons: US Supreme Court Rejects 26/11 Accused Tahawwur Rana’s Last Stand

The US Supreme Court has dismissed Tahawwur Rana's request to suspend his extradition to India, where he has been charged for his suspected involvement in the 2008 Mumbai terrorist attacks. Rana, who was linked to terrorist David Headley, contended that extradition would lead him to face torture and decrease his chances of survival because of his health condition. His extradition had earlier been cleared by US President Donald Trump. Rana is in a Los Angeles jail and is a Canadian citizen of Pakistani descent.
