Kajol Weighs In on Industry Work Hours Debate, Says Producers Were Always Understanding

Veteran actress Kajol has shared her perspective on the ongoing debate surrounding work hours in the film industry, emphasizing that she has never worked for excessively long shifts and has always prioritized work-life balance. Her comments come amid discussions sparked by reports of Deepika Padukone’s alleged exit from Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s film Spirit over disagreements regarding an eight-hour work shift.  

Kajol’s Approach to Work-Life Balance
