Keystone Realtors Expands Portfolio with Strategic Land Acquisitions

Keystone Realtors Ltd, known for its Rustomjee brand, continues its expansion strategy with recent land acquisitions. The company acquired 88 acres near Mumbai for Rs 91 crore in July 2024, planning to develop around 500 plots totaling 1.5 million square feet. In November 2023, Keystone purchased 16,152.3 square meters of land in Dahisar (East), Mumbai, for Rs 218.5 crore, expecting to generate approximately 6 lakh sq ft of carpet area. These acquisitions demonstrate Keystone's commitment to diversifying its portfolio and tapping into high-demand segments.
