Kolte-Patil Developers Hits Record Collections in Q3 FY26 Amid Strong Pricing Power

Kolte-Patil Developers, a leading Pune-based real estate firm with presence in Mumbai and Bengaluru, announced its operational update for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. Q3 sales of Rs 605 crore were driven by sustenance inventory in ongoing projects, though 2.19 million sq ft launches occurred late in the quarter, with major sales expected in Q4. Flagship Life Republic township contributed 0.38 million sq ft sales in Q3 and 1.41 million sq ft over 9M, while total launches reached 3.71 million sq ft in the period.

In January 2026, the company signed a joint development agreement for a 5-acre residential project in Bhugaon, Pune, with 1.1 million sq ft saleable area and Rs 850 crore GDV. Over 9M FY26, acquisitions added projects worth Rs 2,250 crore GDV across 3 million sq ft.
