Kross Limited reported a robust March-quarter performance, with revenue from operations at Rs 2,254.48 million and profit after tax at Rs 224.50 million, supported by higher volumes, better product mix and operational efficiencies. The auto components maker also closed FY26 with double-digit earnings growth and a stronger balance sheet.

Kross Limited, a leading manufacturer of motor vehicle parts and accessories, has announced its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2026. The Board also approved the appointment of a new Cost Auditor and Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27, reinforcing its focus on compliance and governance.

Quarterly And Annual Financial Snapshot

For Q4 FY26, total income stood at Rs 2,262.88 million, with profit before tax of Rs 300.66 million and profit after tax of Rs 224.50 million. For FY26, revenue from operations was Rs 6,732.01 million and net profit reached Rs 552.14 million, with annual earnings per share of Rs 8.56 on an equity base of Rs 322.55 million.

Balance Sheet, Cash Flows And IPO Proceeds

Total assets as on 31 March 2026 stood at Rs 6,383.89 million, with total equity of Rs 4,897.65 million and other equity at Rs 4,575.10 million. The company used its FY25 IPO proceeds of Rs 2,369.19 million fully towards capex, debt repayment, working capital and general corporate purposes, while FY26 cash flows reflected higher capex and moderated cash balances.

Regulatory Developments And Governance Focus

Kross has disclosed a favourable Jharkhand High Court order on electricity duty, currently treated as a contingent asset of Rs 45.45 million pending finality. The Board appointed M/s Sohan Lal Jalan and Associate as Cost Auditor and GWC Professional Services Private Limited as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27 to strengthen cost controls and internal audit.
