Laurene Powell Jobs, widow of Apple co-founder Steve Jobs, will be attending the Maha Kumbh Mela 2025 in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. During this spiritual journey, she has been given the Hindu name 'Kamala' by her guru, Swami Kailashanand Giri Maharaj of the Niranjani Akhara. Powell Jobs is going to witness 'Kalpvas,' a very ancient Hindu tradition, which is a month of austerity and spiritual discipline by the banks of the Sangam.
