Magellanic Cloud Set to Acquire Indian Fintech Firm for ₹320 Million

Magellanic Cloud Limited today announced they have signed a letter of intent to buy a fintech company situated in India for an estimated purchase price of 320 million rupees. This acquisition is part of the company's growth strategy following drone technology and e-surveillance acquisition somewhat recently. The acquisition is meant to get Magellanic Cloud better technically and increased market footing in the fintech domain. This comes as part of the company's strategy of investing over 3 billion rupees on acquisitions during 2025-26 in a bid to enhance their revenue and diversify their portfolio. The deal is subject to due diligence and final negotiations.
