Dividend Announcement:

The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹6.50 per fully paid equity share (face value ₹2), representing a 325% payout. This is an increase from last year’s ₹6.30 per share, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 35th Annual General Meeting. The dividend, if approved, will be paid after July 22, 2025, to shareholders on record as of July 15, 2025.

Financial Performance:

Profit Surge: FY25 standalone net profit surged 33% year-on-year to ₹2,345 crore, underscoring strong operational efficiency.

Asset Growth: Assets under management (AUM) grew 17% to ₹119,673 crore, and the loan book reached ₹116,214 crore.

Disbursement & Asset Quality: Annual disbursements grew 3%, with asset quality remaining stable—Gross Stage 3 (GS3) assets at 3.7% and GS2+GS3 at 9.1%.

Credit Cost: The credit cost for FY25 stood at 1.3%, reflecting prudent risk management.

Q4 Snapshot: Q4 FY25 standalone net profit was ₹563 crore, down 9% year-on-year, while asset quality improved but net interest margins declined.
