Maruti Suzuki Makes Waves with the Launch of eVITARA

Maruti Suzuki unveiled its much-awaited electric SUV, eVITARA, at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. The company's foray into the electric vehicle market is through this vehicle, which comes in two battery variants - 49 kWh and 61 kWh, with a single charge giving over 500 km of driving range. The eVITARA is destined to be manufactured from India and dispatched to more than 100 nations, including those in Europe and Japan. As such, Maruti Suzuki secures its base in India in the global perspective of electric automobiles.
