Zoho has officially entered the ground-up AI race with the launch of Zia LLM, a locally developed, proprietary large language model created from scratch in-house using NVIDIA's AI platform. - Includes three models with 1.3B, 2.6B, and 7B parameters, each isolated for contextual optimization training

- Spanned across Zoho's data centers in India, the US, and Europe, with the data sovereignty promise
- Internal testing underway; customer rollout in the next few months.

Speech recognition growth

- Two Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) systems released for English and Hindi
- Optimized for low-compute environments with 75 percent improved performance compared to rival models
- Scheduled support for other Indian and European languages.

AI agent environment

- Over 25 pre-deployable AI agents available through Zoho's Agent Marketplace
- Agents cover functions such as customer service, deal assessment, candidate filtering, and sales growth
- Zia Agent Studio with more than 700 pre-integrated actions and low-code capabilities

- Model Context Protocol (MCP) supports third-party interoperability with agents
