More Than Just Money: MeitY CEO's Vision for India's Startups

During Razorpay FTX 2025, MeitY Startup Hub CEO Panneerselvam Madanagopal stressed that India's startup ecosystem needs more than funding to flourish. He underscored the need for strategic government intervention, deep tech investments, and inclusive innovation. Madanagopal emphasized three pillars of importance for India's startup development: deep tech innovation, creating sector-specific startups in tier II & III cities, and propelling inclusivity in technology. He also encouraged fintech entrepreneurs to get ready for the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, emphasizing compliance in data storage, usage, and disposal. The event featured India-first innovations and featured more than 70 speakers from different organizations.
