This year, top performers in markets such as India and Australia will see bonus hikes ranging from 30% to 40%, while the average increase is reported to be in the high teens. This decision follows a remarkable 50% revenue surge in Asian investment banking, highlighting Morgan Stanley's strong market position and commitment to rewarding its leading talent.
