Led by President Shri Sukesh Shetty, AHAR represents 8,000+ hoteliers and follows the PEGS framework (Protect, Empower, Growth, Service). The initiative focuses on innovation, sustainability, and culinary tourism, ensuring Mumbai’s rise as India's top gastronomic hub while supporting local restaurateurs.
