NBCC Sells 1,046 Residential Units at Aspire Centurian Park via E-Auction

State-owned NBCC (India) Ltd has successfully sold 1,046 residential units at Aspire Centurian Park in Greater Noida through an e-auction. This sale generated significant revenue to aid the completion of stalled Amrapali Group projects. The Aspire Centurian Park project is part of NBCC's Supreme Court-monitored initiative to deliver long-delayed housing units to homebuyers. The funds will be utilized for construction costs, repayment of loans, and reducing the backlog of incomplete housing projects in Noida and Greater Noida.

This milestone aligns with NBCC's commitment to restoring confidence in the real estate sector and fulfilling homebuyers' long-awaited dreams. Aspire Centurian Park is one of several projects under the Amrapali Stalled Projects Investments Reconstruction Establishment (ASPIRE), formed to address legacy issues in real estate development.
