A Chapter Ends, Spreadsheets Stay—Prashant India Bids CFO Goodbye

Prashant India Ltd. has announced the resignation of Sarojnath Awadhesh Mishra from the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective as per the company’s regulatory filing under SEBI’s LODR Regulation 30. Mishra, who had been serving as CFO since May 29, 2018, played a key role in overseeing the company’s financial operations during a period of strategic restructuring and compliance modernization.

 

The company has not yet made the reason for his departure clear or named a replacement. The board is most likely to start the process of finding a replacement for the CFO in the coming weeks.

 

The leadership change is a part of a broader shakeup of the company's top management, with recent additions to the board and attempts at streamlining operations as well as investor disclosure.
