Veteran Telugu actor-comedian Fish Venkat is battling for his life in the ICU, urgently needing a kidney transplant estimated at ₹50 lakh. In a heartwarming gesture, Pan-India star Prabhas has stepped forward to cover the full cost of the surgery. His assistant contacted the family, assuring them that the Baahubali actor would fund the transplant once a suitable donor is found.

 

However, the bigger challenge remains: finding a compatible kidney donor. Venkat’s daughter, Sravanthi, made an emotional appeal to Tollywood’s biggest names—Chiranjeevi, Allu Arjun, Jr NTR, and Pawan Kalyan—urging them to help locate a donor. “He’s worked in so many of their films, but no one seems to care now,” she said tearfully.

 

Known for his comic timing and Telangana dialect, Fish Venkat has starred in hits like Bunny, Adhurs, and Dhee. His recent work includes Coffee with a Killer and DJ Tillu.
