ACME Solar Signs 25-Year PPA with SECI for 190 MW Hybrid Project

ACME Solar Holdings Ltd has announced a major milestone in India’s renewable energy sector with the signing of a 25-year PPA with SECI. The agreement covers a 190 MW hybrid project that integrates solar, wind, and battery energy storage systems (BESS), ensuring reliable and sustainable peak power supply.

The project is scheduled to commence commercial operations on February 27, 2028, at a tariff of ₹4.72 per unit. With this addition, ACME Solar’s total signed portfolio has expanded to 5,820 MW, reinforcing its position as one 
of India’s leading renewable energy developers.

This development aligns with India’s ambitious renewable energy targets and highlights the growing importance of hybrid projects in delivering consistent and cost-effective clean energy solutions.
