Surveying over 3,000 women across eight major cities, the findings highlight a strong shift toward mindful eating, with 62% choosing almonds and fruits to boost energy and wellness.
Indian women are increasingly prioritizing nutrition and wellness in their daily routines, with almonds topping the list of healthy snack choices. The study, conducted by IPSOS, surveyed 3,055 women aged 21–45 across Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Jaipur, Pune, Bhopal, and Visakhapatnam.
