Amber Enterprises India Ltd announced a landmark deal valued at approximately ₹5.06 billion, marking a significant expansion in its electronics manufacturing footprint. The deal involves its subsidiary IL Jin Electronics Pvt Ltd acquiring a majority stake in Shogini Technoarts Private Limited, a prominent Pune-based printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturer.
This acquisition aims to bolster IL Jin’s PCB manufacturing capabilities by integrating Shogini’s expertise in advanced PCB types, engineering, and innovative production technologies. With a consistent strong financial track record, Shogini reported a turnover of ₹390.74 crore in FY 2024-25. The deal will reduce IL Jin’s dependence on external suppliers and broaden its product portfolio, strengthening its market position in sectors such as automotive, telecom, and medical electronics.
Post-acquisition, Shogini Technoarts will become a subsidiary of IL Jin Electronics, making it a step-down subsidiary of Amber Enterprises. The transaction will finalize through cash consideration and is expected to be completed in multiple tranches, subject to customary regulatory approvals.
