Arisinfra Solutions Ltd has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Wadhwa Construction and Infrastructure Pvt Ltd for the next phase of the Wadhwa Wise City township in Panvel. The agreement adds Rs 750 million to Arisinfra’s project pipeline and is expected to generate material supply revenues over the next 36–40 months.

- Arisinfra will supply construction materials for seven new residential towers covering 1.2 million sq. ft. of built-up area.
- The project is part of the ongoing expansion of Wadhwa Wise City, a 250+ acre integrated township near the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport.
- The material supply contract is projected to contribute approximately Rs 75 crore in revenue to Arisinfra over the duration of the mandate.

- Wadhwa Wise City has already delivered over 3,000 homes and includes residential, commercial, educational, and spiritual infrastructure.
