Shukla, who orbited Earth aboard the International Space Station in June 2025, described Bengaluru as the "brightest" city in southern India, standing out brilliantly during the station's nighttime pass.
The session featured videos capturing Bengaluru’s luminous sprawl alongside flashes of thunderstorms, lightning, and the Earth’s curvature, providing a rare glimpse of our planet from orbit. Shukla emphasized the discipline, physical, and mental strength required to become an astronaut and encouraged students to pursue ambitious goals.
