Capacite Infraprojects Lands ₹2.20 Billion Contract for TenX Realty's Residential Venture in Thane

Capacite Infraprojects Ltd has secured a significant order from TenX Realty Limited, a step-down subsidiary of Raymond Limited. The company has received a letter of intent amounting to 2.20 billion rupees for a residential project. This development marks another milestone in Capacite Infraprojects' expansion within the real estate sector, reinforcing its reputation for delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions.  

 

The project, named TenX Era, is set to be developed in Thane and is expected to contribute to the growing demand for modern residential spaces in the region. The order, valued at ₹224 crore (excluding GST), highlights the company's continued success in securing large-scale projects. With this latest contract, Capacite Infraprojects strengthens its foothold in the competitive construction industry, further aligning with its strategic growth objectives.
